The Campus of Baptist Manor is located at 30301 W. 13 Mile Rd. Farmington Hills, MI. We have a wide variety of options for seniors 62 years old and over. Duplexes, quads, 1 market rent building which is 1 story, 1 market rent building which is 2 stories, 2-2 story buildings that are subsidized. We also have an on-site licensed Home for the Aged, The Haworth Center. An on-site home health care-Home Care Solutions. 2 visiting physicians if needed for your convenience. Enhanced Services to help you stay in your own apartment. Transportation is available for shopping and physician appointments. One pet under 30 lbs are welcome. Our Market Rents (Alpha or Gamma Buildings and Beta and Delta Homes) include Cable, phone, and wireless internet! Alpha and Gamma also each include 10 meals per month. Drake and Epsilon are subsidized-rent would be 30% of your monthly income which included heat and water, tenant will receive credit toward electric bill each month. The only off-campus location is the Drake Building. The Drake building is located at on Drake Rd between Grand River and Freedom Rd.
