This property was poorly managed and maintained for most of my time renting here. No one cleaned the pool or sidewalks and the grass was usually uncut. Just looked dirty most of the time around the property and the manager and the on site maintenance person didn't care at all. Pretty bad. The inside of the apartments was pretty good just hope nothing breaks!

To be fair to this place the interior of the units is quite nice. Unfortunately, due to the lack of maintenance there are ants in my unit ALL THE TIME. Also, the property manager is a no show who only communicates with tenants to reprimand them. If you reach out to him for assistance with something don't expect much in return. The on site maintenance worker is also very poor. Rarely around to help with things, doesn't maintain basic things such as cleanliness of the pool, sidewalks, and grounds. ...
The least they could do is cut the grass weekly but i guess that is too much to ask.
