February 28, 2025Except for problems with the aging houses, such as ruptured water pipes in winter, the Beacon Ridge Apartment has good surroundings, such as many nearby shopping centers, nice neighborhood, enough parking lots, beautiful gardens, and good maintenance team. November 4, 2024Beacon Ridge is my home. I love my balcony and the view I have every morning. I would love to renew my lease every year knowing the rent amount wouldn’t increase. This is an older complex that Rent should remain one price for dedicated tenants.. So many of the corrections I asked for were never looked into from when I moved in. The black bugs flying and crawling around outside my apt is not just a nuisance and scary but embarrassing.. I don’t like having guests over. Seeing these bugs on ...the steps and walls can give a false outlook on how I keep my home. I love my safety and my view.. looking forward to saying here year after year. :-)Property Manager Responded

August 28, 2024At Beacon Ridge, you get what you pay for. It really depends on who your neighbors anywhere you live. Our experience has been average and the management does what they can. It’s next to a busy road and a neighboring apartment complex that you can hear, due to poor insulation, thin walls, and older windows. Our energy and water bills are running higher than ever, due to inflation, but also due to old HVAC units and poor ventilation. There are plenty of bugs outside and sometimes it can be a bit ...dirty/trashy, but any issues of bugs inside has been taken care of promptly and swiftly (any house or apartment will see a cockroach once). Every place has their issues, as does this one, but not enough to make us want to leave and some things they maybe cannot control or don’t have the budget for. We have mostly enjoyed living here the last 3 years and would recommend it!Property Manager Responded
