  • Worst place to live

    June 4, 2025
    If you can live anywhere else do that. Expect your rent to increase by a few hundred dollars every year. Expect to pay for amenities that are horrible or don’t exist. Don’t except anyone to answer the phone, emails or texts. There is a reason there are so many houses available in this community. The houses are small and poorly built and the yards flood. Read the reviews.

  • Absurd is the word here folks run!

    Well you can’t get ahold of anyone ever!! If you go to office no one or nothing hey are out and be right back. Changes on how to utilize paying the rent is mind blowing. Extra fees everywhere! I could go on and on but, I am behind again today after chasing these people. They want rent come get it. If I had an option for -stars.

  • Pitiful Communication and Terrible Customer Service

    The availability of help with this leasing office is absolutely pitiful. Getting ahold of the property in general is like moving a mountain stone by stone, very difficult, takes forever and is very frustrating. The only bright spot in this community is the maintenance, they communicate well and are timely. I certainly do not like having to call a community office 6 times to get through to a real person during normal hours of operation nor do I have the time to do so. If you have the time and ...

  • Not a good place

    This place has so many bad reviews on google. There maintenance is slow. There management does not care. They never respond to call or emails in a timely manner. They are rated F on BBB, there lawn care service sucks. They also are very expensive, you can get a better mortgage for a house you own instead of renting with them. If you can find a better place to stay. I lived there for 2 years and at the beginning it was good but they went down hill, they are not a respected place, there are others ...
    that will treat you like humans. This place treats you like a check and won’t help fix anything.
