Nightmare apartment

Where to begin... Living here has been an absolute nightmare, not only is there a complex-wide roach infestation, but when you bring it up to the front office they will pretend not to know. The infestation has been going on for over a year and many other tenants have also complained. I typically see at least 15 roaches every day and they literally swarm the kitchen at night. It is a health hazard and is so disgusting. The issue has not been fixed and management will not do anything to fix it. ...
Homeless people often rummage through the garbage, and the people who do the valet trash service will leave trash all over the hallways and stairwells. The pool is green and not maintained correctly and all the pool furniture has been broken for more than 3 months and they keep saying that new furniture is "being delivered." Mailrooms have been broken into multiple times and multiple tenants including myself have had packages stolen from our front doors. This place is so understaffed that maintenance takes weeks to get to something that could easily be fixed in under an hour if they had the staff. If you choose to live here know that you will likely move into a dirty apartment because management can't be bothered to get people who will actually do a good job of cleaning. Be prepared for multiple shootings throughout the week, strangers who are renting out AirBnbs inside the complex, and buildings that are falling apart from old age.
