Don't Bother
November 12, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comIf you love roaches, termites, gunshots, active police scenes every other night, people screaming at 2am on weeknights, then this is the place for you! All for the high, high price of way more than it's worth. This building must've been built in the 80's or early 90's. They bring in new appliances and lay down fresh carpet to call it "luxury" but look beyond the shine and you will find rats in the ceiling, holes not being patched for months, and a contracted pest control guy who says the piles of ...termite wings during summer months "must have blown in through the windows" even though the windows have screens. One time there was a water leak in the roof causing a big orange stain on the ceiling and they just spray-painted over it. Didn't ask me to cover my stuff directly underneath or anything. The drawers have beautiful new knobs on them but they're original 3-decade-old drawers which means that they don't close or they slide open randomly. The oven makes a sparking noise when turned on which is horrifying to say the least. You're forced to pay for trash valet which is only picked up sometimes. Try to get home from work before 3pm if you want a parking spot anywhere near your building. A woman was shot in her apartment the first month I moved here. Every month there's some sort of terrifying police activity. Even had a high-speed chase through the narrow parking lot, so make sure the insurance on your car is top notch. The great thing is that they raise your already-high rent every single year. I could go on for hours. Anywhere else is better. And before management replies, YES things are reported to the office as needed but NO not everything is taken care of. The apartments are owned by a company in Pennsylvania that just wants to make a profit. The office people here are nice but ultimately not the ones really in charge.Read More

I wish I would’ve listened to the 1 star reviews before I moved in. This place is not as nice as it seems and you will be sucked in a lot of crap if you come here. *** Apartment complex will sue you for anything even if it’s not your fault but their workers fault*****Property Manager Responded

Horrible place to live
June 16, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comSo I've been here a little over a year. I have had ceiling leaks multiple times. My toilet has had leaks from the bottom where it connects to the floor multiples times. My washer has stained multiple different outfits of mine despite changing detergents 5 times (the office said it must be my detergent.) My dishwasher brackets that hold the dish washer in place just broke. And they decided to put people with children in the apartment on the second floor above us which should be common sense to put ...children on the a first floor so that when they run around it doesn't bother the residents. On top of that they have raised rent $100. I have had no attempt for them to reimburse me for my clothes. I was told my new ceiling leak would be fixed today and it was not. Save yourself a huge headache and dont move here. Plus the maintenance guy leaves a mess when he comes in and doesn't fix things half the time.Read More

This place is not worth the rent.The pest exterminator has stated they spray outside, but have watched upon there arrival what they do and thats a lie.

February 26, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comMoved here recently, and I love it. Very close to everything (shopping, restaurants, grocery, beaches, etc...) in a safe, quiet area. Neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are nice, and the complex is pretty small compared to most apartment and condo developments. Office is great, especially Frank, and can do everything online for the most part. Apartments are clean with upgraded appliances, and having full laundry in the apartment is a big plus. Spacious with big lanai (mine also has additional ...storage from the lanai which is great). Price is a little steep for a 1br, but average for the area. Definitely recommend.Read More
No parking and horrible management
April 4, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comI'd have live here for 3 years now and things has gotten worse since Ram Properties took over last year. When the prior owners owned this complex parking and safety wasn't an issue,parking permits where issue and only 1 car per unit where allow to park in residents parking lot. Now with new owners parking isn't inforce and people are moving in with 2 or 3 cars and taking up spots and make things worse,people are moving in with 2 or 3 dogs and this place is becoming a zoo! Complaining to Garret ...the property manager is a waste of time,he lies and don't care what goes on here. If you work evenings and come home after 9pm,good luck finding a parking spot!Read More

The apartment size is perfect for the two of us and the lanai is a great place to relax after a long day at work. The Maintenance personnel is always professional and courteous. The grounds are immaculately clean. The Office personnel are always friendly and happy. There have been numerous upgrades since I have moved in and can honestly say that this has been the best apartment experience I have ...had to date. It is close to shopping, my job and the beaches. August 26, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI moved in a year ago right before the new management team came in. I don't believe the increases in price reflect the quality you're getting. The roads are very uneven and cracked, one of the fence walls surrounding a dumpster fell over and was left there for months. (now they've moved all the dumpsters to the back corner of the lot, but have still left a pile of the old broken fence to sit for the past week) I think my biggest problem is parking. Paying $1100 a month for an apartment should ...guarantee you a parking spot in close proximity to your apartment, right? Wrong!!! Now that we don't use parking stickers, there's no limit to how many cars or guest cars being parked outside your building. I've had to park 3 buildings down and walk back to my apartment... At night, I do not feel safe doing so. And I have left messages with management and nothing was ever done about it. I suggest finding a better quality apartment actually WORTH the $1000 you'd be paying here.Read More
