A Great Place to Live in West Chester
October 5, 2017I lived in Bradford Hall in West Chester, PA for 5 years and absolutely loved it. I rented a single apartment which was plenty of room for myself, and the storage that came with it was excellent. With 1 reserved parking spot, ample free street parking, washer/dryer on premise, this was a great complex. Robin, the property manager, was always very helpful and quick to respond to any emails or phone calls. The maintenance crew was exceptional and had any issue fixed within the next business day. ...The property was always clean and tidy. Snow removal was always taken care of on the grounds (with the exception of digging out your own car). Additionally, the property was always well-lit making it a safe area. When I moved out it was a very smooth process as they provided a checklist of things to complete before a walk through. I was sad to leave. This is one of the most well-priced apartment complexes in West Chester. This complex is in walking distance to downtown West Chester, Giant grocery store, ACE Hardware, Walgreen's and plenty of food and restaurants. If you are looking to rent in West Chester, I would highly recommend the Halfpenny Management Bradford Hall complex.Property Manager Responded
