Packages go missing. I received a picture showing that the package was in front of my door. Management said/does nothing about it. They act very nice until you sign the lease. Please think twice before you rent here.

Excellent community to live in very quiet living , management is reliable in responding back to any issues you may need resolved. Amenities are perfect for anyone wanting to just walk, swim or even just enjoy some peace and quiet ! Neighbors are always quiet! Parking has never been a problem . Maintenance is always here when ever you need them and respond in a very timely manner excellent staff all the way around! I would recommend this neighborhood to any of my friends or family its been great ...

As a resident of Brampton Moors for a few years now, I can say I have a really good feel for this place. Great management and maintenance team. Property is safe, quiet and filled with nature. I've had my fishing line snapped fishing on the private pond. I've spotted many types of birds including hawks, woodpeckers and even a humming bird off my patio. The property is well kept. Its not new, with all the shiny appliances, but it is beautiful. I would challenge anyone looking for an ...
apartment to to take a tour for themselves. Ask to see the pool and the walking trails. Take a look at the dog park or notice a resident with a kayak in the water, or someone fishing. Then tour other properties and judge for yourself. Brampton hits way above it's asking price. But don't take my word for it. Check it out for yourself.
