Just letting y’all know what happens here
May 3, 2023So a week ago my locks were changed without notice because they got my apartment confused with someone else’s AGAIN! After moving here , a week later a contractor tried to come inside my apartment and start pulling up vinyl and I had to tell him to leave because my floors were perfect! Their reason for that was the same thing! ( wrong apartment!) Then today I wake up to take showers for work and my kids for school and BOOM NO WATER IS WORKING ANYWHERE!.I’m not sure what’s been going on in the ...office but something needs to be done asap! My journey here started off great actually and now it’s slowly downgrading. Plus the office NEVER answers their phone so I will be there later letting them know that my water was off this morning ! Overall apartment is nice and spacious but I guess there isn’t good communication with office and maintenance or maybe maintenance just don’t know how to find certain apartments and that’s what causes them to get them confused quite often. Same for contractors unless they are literally given the wrong address.Property Manager Responded

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
December 13, 2021When I first moved here back in 2019, the old property management company was the best. They were very on top of things. Now, I’m beginning to STRONGLY DISLIKE it here. If I could give -5 stars I would. I have to call NUMEROUS times in order for my work orders to be completed. Absolutely terrible. I’ve had a clogged toilet for 2 days now. When I called, the lady that answered the phone says to me “didn’t you just call and speak to someone else” which I didn’t. But that doesn’t matter. You ...confirmed you had my work order all for me to come home and still have a clogged toilet. They need to do better. Seriously. And quit with the generic responses to these reviews and actually do better.Property Manager Responded

August 24, 2015I've lived in my complex for about five years. My overall experience has been good. The only thing I didn't like was the office staff always changing. I felt that every time we had a new team they would be replaced. The community itself could use some upgrades to property. I don't feel its in bad condition however it could use some touching up. The grounds crew keep the grounds clean m-f, but the weekends sometimes get a little out of control.
