Disrespectful management!
April 18, 2023If you’re willing to have guarantor, DO NOT APPLY HERE. They will let you submit an application and pay fees and then reject it without refunding your money back! I paid $100, for my wife and I, and the agent told me to submit the application first and then the guarantor can cosign with me. Guess what? They took my money and said you have to submit a new application! Poor management and arrogant manager!Review from Apartments.com
Beware!!
March 7, 2022I leased an Apartment it was in old condition floors, tub had a spray liner applied to hide dirt and such, fridge and stove was probaly 20 years old. All these things I wrote up in damage report. Toward the end of my lease they started renovating apartments as people moved out replacing everything. When I left I got a $1600 bill saying I left the 20 year old fridge dirty and that I messed up the floors etc... They were already planning on replacing everything which should have been done years ...previously so They are essentially trying to get me to partially finance their renovation. Remember I wrote up all these things when I moved in Floor bubbling up and other stuff. SO BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!Property Manager Responded

AWESOME PLACE TO LIVE
November 2, 2021This place is amazing. Brittany the manager is always there to assist in helping the tenants, she has helped me in my time of need. The property is always clean, and the maintenance is Johnny on the spot. I really love living here, if anything goes wrong in the apartment far as repairs they are spot on. I would definitely recommend living here. It is beautiful and quiet evening on the weekends!!!! People are friendly and its a home type environment!!! CHECK OUT RENEW MCKINNEY FOR YOUR NEXT ...HOME!!! and I don't work for the company I am a resident LOL!!!!Property Manager Responded
