January 3, 2020I really, really enjoyed living in Broadway Flats!! My apartment was fantastic, I appreciated the amenities, and I had great relationships with neighbors and staff! I'm jealous of future residents who will access the planned greenspace. With the C Line right in front and Aldi a short walk away, life was a idealic. December 5, 2019I would recommend this apartment because it's so up to date, I love my walk in closet, I have central air and a dish washer. Why I would not recommend this apartment because non residents jump on the elevator with you and they walk in with residents, I've even found non residents sleeping in the hallway and they use the stairs as their personal bathroom.
