    Clean, secure and modern building. Management is quick to respond and does a great job keeping residents informed. Apartment pricing feels comparable to similar North Loop apartments at the same caliber.

    Nolo has been a great apartment community so far. They make it easy to move in & live there. They have you complete all your move in steps via an app with a checklist which is so helpful. And once you have moved in you can pay rent, submit maintenance requests, & be kept up to date on what’s happening in the community on the same app. It’s made my time here very easy. The apartments are clean & quiet for the most part. Any noise comes through the balcony doors but it’s very minimal. Overall a ...

    I would recommend anyone to live here! Management is incredibly kind and responsive. The location has a nice neighborhood feel (avoid the craziness of Washington Ave) but still close to everything in North Loop.

    We love living in the north loop. Our street is quiet but if you want the noise and hustle you just walk through the tunnel! We love going out for dinner and there are so many walkable options. The apt itself is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, don’t have any complaints!

    Staff and maintenance are great. They are super on top of any requests and get them done quickly. Place is always very clean and well run. Only wishes are a bigger gym with more machines and that as an apartment that faces southwest, to have a balcony or be able to open more of the windows in my living room.
