They do NOT answer

I called 6 times they never answer!!! I left multiple voicemails and nobody returned my calls!!! When they did answer I requested a virtual tour, the lady told me that she'll call me back but she never did, I called back after two hours and she said I have to wait for the manager to come back and to call after an hour, I called back multiple times they did not answer!!!!

AC outage for four days now
June 6, 2018
My AC has been out simce sunday. They have no emergency. I called I paid them a visit to find that I am not the only one without AC. I was lied to yesterday. By Alice that she would call tge "on call" staff to come look at the AC I told tge manager tuesday to put a window unit in she tell we have a lot of work orders and we are working on it. I am packing in this heat which makes me feel bad. They don't care right off from the start I really suggest that no matter how cute it look on the outside ...
don't move here. At least you have to show some compassion just bc they are new here I am sure they should have experience. But this manager a d Alice the staff have no emtions shown or compassion about the fact my birds and daughter and me are in heat everyday.

My Experience at Deerfield

My experience with Deerfield apartments so far has been an okay one. When I first did a tour, I was shown a model that would be similar to mine, but I didn't feel they were similar. I also have had a pest problem with roaches that is driving me up the wall. They have an exterminator come once a week, and now I see why. The roaches are everywhere! I haven't even unpacked because I'm afraid they will get in my things. The workers who finalized the apartment did a sloppy job. There are water stains ...
on the sink cabinets and major noticeable flaws in the paint. I haven't really enjoyed moving in just because there are so many problems with the apartment, but I will say the staff is very fast and friendly. I put in a work order, and they were on it. They really just need better maintenance and remodel people and to get rid of these roaches once and for all! There are also no lights in the unit expect for a bathroom and kitchen light which bothers me, but not too much. If you are considering renting here, I wouldn't advise it, but I wouldn't tell you not to as well. Just know what you're getting yourself into - good and bad.

A Serene and Comfortable experience

The best apartments I've lived In in a long time, especially for the location. Very peaceful environment..I loved the fact that you can have visitors without them worrying about getting towed. Vivian is Awesome Sauce and highly appreciated.Maintenance on time. Only issue was living room space.

Pleasant

This is the first time I leased an apartment, and wasn't sure of what to know when searching for one. Just searched for places near to my work place and with a reasonable price. I'm so glad that I chose Deerfield. Been here for more than 10 months and hardly anything to complain about. When ever I had a problem, the work was finished the same day I send a maintenance request.

Went to visit this property looking to move soon the staff in excellent in make you feel at home as soon as you walk threw the door. Especially the lady who desk is at the front. Extremely helpfully and will work with you with all your moving needs and question you have. Also gave me information about other properties that might have openings in the local area. Very Nice for the Price

Ms. Vivian in the office is very nice and helpful. The buildings are old and in need of a complete overhaul (electric, plumbing, foundation, etc.) but the maintence guys are very quick fix to any problems. They work very hard to maintain the grounds. The gates are usually in working order and they do provide a courtesy patrol officer. For the area, the rent is very reasonable. I would recommend Deerfield apartments to anyone on a tight budget
