So far so good

Only three weeks in to living here but so far so good. Apartment was clean and ready to go when I moved in. Good close to front door parking. Had a great quick response to an after hours maintenance request and the issue was dealt with quickly. Appliances are ok but dishwasher is pretty outdated.
