April 18, 2023Inside and outside it’s very run down. Siding is warped and needs updating. Inside, the kitchen cabinets in the show unit were peeling and warped. Nice layout overall but it’s a no for me.Review from Apartments.com
Super Quiet and Quaint
August 26, 2015If you've never lived in Modesto before, much like myself, this is definitely a great starter apartment! The entire complex is really quiet, no drama whatsoever. It's also really affordable. They have some renovated options and some units that are unrenovated at a little lower price. Overall I've had nothing but a positive experience at this apartment complex. The only negative thing I will say is that the apartment is really small. Other than that, I love it here.Review from Apartments.com
