      I will start with the good things, the updated apartments are nice (even though they were not cleaned to my standards upon moving in) and the staff is nice to work with as long as you don't need something from them. Now for the bad, even though these apartments updated the building itself is not updated. This means that every month something goes wrong and stops working. We have had the Water, Hot Water, Electricity, and Internet (which they charge you $100 a month for) every month. Also, you ...
      should get used to living in a construction zone, they will put tones of money into landscaping, painting the building, and making it look more desirable so that when it comes time to renew your lease, they will raise your rents. Another big issue, even though this is a locked building there is a large number of thefts and vehicle break-ins int the garage. I would recommend that you stay clear of these apartments, they are not worth the high rent you will pay.

    • Serious problems

      The apartments look very nice, are spacious and the staff seem very friendly. Maintenance is quick to try and remedy any problems that occur, however after being in for a few months there has not been a single month without something breaking down. Power out for two days with no compensation, fridge leaking all over food, dishwasher can’t function because it was placed wrong, no cameras in lot so cars get broken into, extremely loud neighbors having nothing for waking all neighbors up at 4am. ...
      The price is absolutely insane to be paying when you are dealing with this.

      I loved living here for the last 10 months, however, recently, I was involved in a car accident in which totaled my vehicle. With this, I had multiple cars be switched in and off of my lease with confirmation in regards to it being completed whether I asked for a plate number to be taken off or placed on. On the week that I got an official new car to be mine, I had a busy week at work in which led me to delay the process of getting my rental car back to the rental location until the day it was ...
      due (on a Friday). All to find out, when I walk out to the garage at 6:15 in the morning, I found that it had gone missing which had me go up and down ramps for 20 minutes with the alarm button in hopes that it was somewhere in the garage. I ended up having to wait until the office opened to find out where it had gone and why in which they did take full fault for and let me know that the tow charge was taken care of. I had to rearrange my work schedule that afternoon to go further up North from Downtown to get it from the company, miss a few work meetings that my boss then had to cover for, and was completely inconvenienced as far as what that day looked like. After talking multiple times to the team, the only compensation they were going to give me was a $12 uber ride which I am not even going to send over their way because that is just a waste of everyone's time when I asked for something fair and reasonable according to a few other people I have spoken with in regards to their apartment experiences. All in all, I am disappointed with how they handled this situation and even said that they covered the tow fee as they knew it was their mistake as "compensation" which that should never even be considered for compensation for the inconvenience, frustration, and stress that this had all led to as the cherry on top stemming from the accident. At the same time, over the last couple weeks, there have been times where valet trash hasn't picked up the trash without notice which then makes the hallways smell as everything is enclosed. As for the positives for here, I know many residents love the amenities and before this incident, the management team was great and I still think Hayley is awesome and is the main reason I didn't give this 1 star as I know a lot of this was out of her control on what could be done which is why it was escalated.

      My family and I have decided to call Camden Belleview Station home two times now and we could not be happier with our decisions. We first moved here from Texas and even though we couldn't see the home we chose leasing site unseen lived up to all of our expectations. The year round pool was a huge perk with our oldest daughter and the friendly staff and well kept facility was more than enough for us to love our choice, also we love having covered parking with the colorado weather. The only reason ...
      why we left was because we purchased a home but when it was time to sell we couldn't think of a better place to call home again. When we returned the newly renovated clubhouse and interior halls was a HUGE improvement! We quickly signed our lease and loved that our new home came with vinyl throughout (huge plus with 2 dogs and a toddler) and the staff was beyond exceptional. Jackie and Halie are always welcoming and know our dogs on a first name basis. Although we are miles from Texas, the community Manager Melanie and the girls make us feel right at home. Every experience we have had with maintenance has been exceptional, I don't think we have had one request not handled within the first 48 hrs. We recently toured an open house with the newly renovated apartment and we can not wait to transfer when our lease is up. We absolutely love calling this place home!

    • Finally a great place to live

      We have a family of 3 plus a dog. This place is super friendly and helpful with all of our needs. We just renewed our lease for a 2nd time. The area is quite and we can get to everything we need within a 3 mile radius. The leasing and maintenance staff definitely go out of their way to make sure we have what we need.       *Not a good place for pet owners!!* Camden isn’t a good place for pet owners to live. They charged us Two large pet fees that were not refundable and when we moved out only $100 went towards pet damages. We requested to have photos emailed to us about where the damage was in the apartment and never received anything. If you have a pet I would advise you to look else where and make sure the pet fees go towards pet damages otherwise you’re spending WAY more money. Camden is nice enough to have ...
      multiple doggie poop stations but they were always out of bags causing us to buy our own to avoid the $150 violation for not picking up your dogs poop. We lived at Camden for 15 months and within that time frame there were three, building wide water shut offs. The water was off for 12 hours each time and even when it was turned back on the water was cold. All the tenants received were 1 gallon of water, a handful of wet wipes and a few tiny scope mouthwash. We were told to fill our tubs with water so we could continue to flush our toilets during the shut off. I would think one water shut off would be acceptable, but three? And minimal supplies was given to tenants. Camden requires all tenants to pay for valet trash, which sounds like a luxury, but you can only put 1 bag out at a time. If you put anything more they will leave a note about your violation and will leave all the trash. Unexpected days, with no notice when they wouldn’t come at all. The fob system within Camden is very faulty, you have to carry around the fob and master key at all times. The garage door was constantly broken, being open all night or shut without a way to get in or out. The garage has been broken into multiple times while we lived there. Making us constantly worry about our vehicles. While residents the staff is very nice, and the amenities are well kept. But I’m sincerely disappointed by my experience living here. I would shop around if you’re looking to move to the DTC area.

We are also continuing to transition our community to a fully FOB accessed one, in the meantime we have a building key available to use until this upgrade is complete. Completing this transition, along with the additional cameras installed will hopefully minimize our residents’ risk of becoming a victim of crime, although nowhere can guarantee it. We will continue to work closely with consultants and local law enforcement to stay informed and to learn of new ideas and technology.       I moved out of Camden Belleview Station earlier this year. I lived in this complex for a little over a year. I could write a novel about how bad this place is, but since there are character limits to this review, I'll leave it at this: --we had multiple fire alarms go off in the middle of the night, complete with full evacuations of the building and the fire department coming to help, with absolutely no communication from management as to what happened in either case. Turns out that one of the ...
      fire alarms was caused by a cigarette thrown away into one of the trash chutes in the garage. I don't smoke, and the person responsible should have extinguished the cigarette fully before throwing it in there, but the fact that Camden, a smoker friendly place, provides no ashtrays anywhere on the campus is a little disconcerting, don't you think? --security is LAX at this place. There are plenty of doors around the building that you could easily open from the outside with no keys whatsoever. Some of that is caused by residents not closing doors properly but a few of the doors just don't shut all that well, so one good pull and they open easily. In addition, the building offers residents the chance to buy storage rooms and apparently quite a few were broken into with management apparently having no clues as to who the burglar was. The strange thing about this? There are security cameras in every single hallway. When I moved out I asked about these cameras: "Why didn't the cameras catch the burglar?" "Well they don't actually work, you know." "Beg your pardon?" "It would cost us around $100,000 to fix them. They're pretty old, and that's expensive, so we don't want to fix them." Remember, IT'S EASY TO BREAK INTO THIS PLACE. --When I got my final bill the cleaning fees were for things that made no sense whatsoever to my apartment, and after a few weeks of calling in to ask about it, I never got a good response. All of management apparently was on vacation for an entire month. I'm still convinced that they were charging me for things either a) for the wrong apartment or b) they made up false charges. Finally, I emailed management about all my concerns after all of these events, and to date, have never heard back from any of them about it. They ghosted me on all of this, which is why I'm writing this review. Don't stay here if you value your property or safety.

      The price for a two bedroom is very competitive for other units in the tech center area and you get a lot for your money. The rooms are a good size with wonderfully gigantic closets with built-in shelving. The kitchen features nice cabinets and granite counter tops. It's also in the perfect spot!       favorite part is the short drive to several dog parks. The only negative thing I have to say is that I can hear every move of my upstairs neighbor put that's apartment life, I suppose!

    • A Good Place to Call "Home"

      If you do any sort of price comparisons with the neighboring apartment communities you will see that Camden really does offer the best value for what you pay. No it's not 5-star ultra luxe living (if that's what you're looking for there are $1 million dollar condos across the street) but it's by no means unsuitable or unsatisfactory for anyone living a "normal" lifestyle. The community is a 5-minute walk to the lightrail, and less than a mile from tons of shopping, restaurants, etc. Of course ...
      there are imperfections here and there however you'll have that with any apartment community. The staff works incredibly hard to maintain the grounds and the building but some of the residents here clearly have no pride in their homes and unfortunately it shows in a lot of ways that would be unappealing to a potential resident or someone's guests, etc. There were some issues at one point with fire alarms and water and a few other things but they were all taken care of and at no cost to me or anyone else here so why complain?! That wouldn't be the case living in a home so although it was temporarily a inconvenience; that's apartment life and people need to understand that. My neighbors are quite possibly the loudest people on the planet but I would almost guarantee I'd hear them just as much if not more if this were any other community. Cosmetically the community is slightly outdated however overall it is vey well maintained and for the past year and some months it's been a place I've been happy to call home and were it not for a recent job change I would most likely not be leaving. If you want a nice place to call home and don't want to waste tons of money on rent or parking then I would certainly recommend this community to anyone seeking an apartment in the Denver Tech Center.

    • Huge apartments right next to light rail

      I've had nothing but good experiences here. The apartments are spacious, the facilities are well-kept, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Plus, with a light rail station only a couple minutes' walk away, it's a great location for access to downtown. Prices are more than reasonable, as well; I have friends closer to the center of town who pay significantly higher rent for apartments literally 1/3 the size of this one. Highly recommended!
