Lived here almost 2 years, left due to mice ? issues in building 7, they couldn’t resolve the issue not even in my neighbor apt, SAD WHEN WE LEFT THEY TRYING TO CHARGE ME $244 CLEANING FEE. EVEN THEY KNOW I BEEN DEALING WITH MICE ? FOR A YEAR

I could not have picked a better place for myself. This complex is in a perfect location, has a super friendly staff and the apartments were more than I expected inside. They were not too far from the same pricing as others I looked into, but what you get is so different. The maintenance team wears identical nice looking uniforms that are easily seen and identifiable. The office staff is all in professional similar business attire, and no matter who you talk to in the community they are all as ...

Camden Buckingham is such an amazing place to live. The staff is always professional and courteous. Dwight went out of his way to make sure I felt welcome while showing off the beautiful property. The grounds were clean and inviting. I love all the amenities, especially the indoor basketball court and scenic pools. They even have fishing in their lakes! Camden Buckingham is definitely my first option when considering a move.

Lived in two different apartments here and am very happy. Staff is friendly and helpful, good management, maintenance guys are solid - Especially Freddy and Raphael. Complex is kept up with very well. Outside areas, gym, and office are always clean. Overall great experience here and would recommend. Heard a lot about Camden before and can say it’s a good place and company to live with.

Came to find this new apartment after an unfortunate incident our family encountered with a recent storm. Stephanie and the Camden people were so welcoming from the very beginning and still greet you every time they see you like they are so glad to talk to you. They took care of us in our hardest time. Not only did they take care of our application cost, when we moved in they left a basket of snacks and groceries and some necessities knowing we where we were coming from. This apartment is so nice ...
and we love it. The maintenance here from what we can see has been so fast and everything taken care of. We got the biggest floor plan and it is very nice. Camden was a sweet ending for us during this time, we are in a place we love more than where we were before. Props to the team Camden team for being so kind, having great customer service and for being a great place for us to live now.

We have lived at Camden Buckingham for 7 months and we absolutely love it! If you're looking for a new place to call home then look no further. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful -- they literally fix your issue within 24 hours. Peter and Dwight are the best and are always happy to help us in any way we need. They continuously makes sure we are having a great experience while living at Camden.

DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you like COCKROACH they will live you as well ,so that was one of the issues that we had with Camden they made us pay for pest control every month the problems never solved they came several times to my unit and they did anything.
Another problem we had with Camden they made us move to unite because they wanted yo update my unit we had to pay extra every month because of the updated refrigerator and stove with Glass top now if you like to cook like me get ready to pay ...
almost $400.00 when you move out because you might scratched the glass top and guess what you are paying for it. after using for 3 years they expect you to have a brand new stove when you move out, because they will blame it on you and they are very rude when it comes to problem like that, while living there they had to send their maintenance guy several times before they decided to get me a new refrigerator, water bill always high $90 and up and when you sign your lease they will lie to you and tell you your water bill about $40 month
their employees so ignorant and they never had a manger that always on the premises every month they will have new people working.
and there is a lot more problem with Camden and they let anybody lives here, while living there SOMEONE GOT SHOT AND KILLED in the parking lot ..So again DO NOT MOVE HERE and save yourself the troubles.

Please, do not choose this apartment. We moved in two weeks ago and those pictures were their preparation. When you request service, the maintenance guy will tell you, "do not ask any service anymore". I really do not want wasting your money, time, and emotion at this apartment. You can find all good review about this community is exact same like the staff posted.

Overall, it's a nice place to live. The staff is the major problem here. They hardly pickup the phone, and there are constantly rotating people through this office. Any work order is done right away during their office hours. There are more bugs & spiders than I like on the outside of the building that occasionally work their way inside. I have enjoyed my apartment just not the staff.
