    We have lived here for 2 years and decided to stay for another year due to the management team and maintenance team being so great. This team has been the most responsive and helpful we have experienced. They are open to helping with anything they can and go above and beyond. Maintenance tickets are answered super quick and if they don' have the part for what you need, they do whatever they can to make sure you are comfortable while they hustle to get the piece you need.     I am honored to have lived at Camden Deerfield for a little over 9 years...my only home in GA. It’s with great sadness that I am leaving but I’m moving out of state. I wish I could move Camden with me! The property is beautifully maintained, nice neighbors, nice amenities, great schools, a great neighborhood but the staff is what has made true living excellence here at Camden!!     experience I’ve had, she went above and beyond making sure the ONLY power outage I’ve experienced here, was handled swiftly! Most of my experiences have been with Japera and I’d like to express my gratitude to her - she is AMAZING!! She is the sweetest, extremely professional and responsive and always makes sure to go the extra mile with us!! I’m pretty anxious about the new place I’ll be renting from because I don’t see how anyone could fill her shoes!! The maintenance staff are so nice (Mario, Cesar, Dustin)! Most of my experiences have been with Cesar and my most recent experience was with Mario...the same comments about the office staff applies to them as well!! I’m excited to be moving back home, but I’m very sad to be leaving Camden. I hope that whoever reads this considers making Camden their new home...they certainly make you feel welcome!!

  • Glad its over

    First the pros of the apartment complex. The maintenance guys are great and extremely helpful. They work hard to keep up the appearance of the complex up and respond very quickly to your requests. The complex is gated and relatively safe. While we were there we didn’t experience any break-ins or any other issues on our side. Another pro was that they have a carwash area on site which saves you from having to go offsite to get your car washed. Now for the cons and trust me there are many. First ...
    of all, the apartments are poorly built, you can hear everything your upstairs neighbors are doing, and just our luck the tenant over us was extremely noisy and such a big nuisance. He paced back and forth all day and night which wouldn’t be a problem if he didn’t walk like he had dumbbells for feet. Along with his heavy walking, he vacuumed constantly late at night or early in the morning often waking us up at odd hours. We complained to the front office about it but we were ignored or looked at as if we were the problem for complaining. He also had a huge long-haired dog which he loved to put out on the balcony and being that our balcony was right under his, we got everything his dog had to offer including the chunks of dog hair that it shed. When we opened the door to the balcony a bunch of dog hair was sucked into our apartment which was a big no-no for us as we had just had a newborn. There was also the mold problem in our apartment. We noticed in the winter we had a lot of condensation coming through on the window pane which left little puddles of water. By the time we noticed it we had black spots appearing up and down the window. We tried cleaning it but it just kept coming back. Lastly, the amount of dog poop that the dog owners left behind was unbelievable. It was never safe to walk in the grass because it was almost a guarantee you were stepping in some. We had tenants who walked from their apartment buildings over to ours just to have their dogs do their business there. If you are thinking about renting there my best advice would be to do a viewing on the weekend. That way you can get a better idea of what you would be dealing with.

  • AMAZING RENTAL COMMUNITY IN ALPHARETTA

    We have been with Camden since 2012 and at this location since August 2017. Both the Leasing and Maintenance team here are awesome! The apartments are comfortable and beautiful. We love our Assistant Manager, Edwina who is on the ball about everything and very communicative about all the up to dates in the complex and she and Nelly have always made us feel at home. Nelly is really friendly and helpful with any questions. The Leasing team is wonderful, very courteous and very sweet. The staff is AMAZING! Our maintenance team is INCREDIBLE. There's nothing they can't do! Randy and his team are amazing! Randy is always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile and gets the job done. Cesar and Dustin are great, respectful, energetic, experienced and work very hard with great quality. They do a wonderful job in keeping the community beautiful!   • They will keep your deposit - no matter the condition of the apartment when you move out.

    The noise from the apartment above was horrible. I complained many times and nothing was ever done about it. People did not keep their dogs leashed. My dog was attacked in the dog park and nothing was ever done to the owner of the other dog. The main reason for the 1 star review is that if you give them any amount as a deposit - go ahead and write it off. The take up the carpet when you move out - if there are any stains on the back of the carpet they charge you to replace the carpet. Keep in ...
    mind they are already tearing up the carpet. There were no visible stains on the carpet in my apartment, but some pet stains on the living room and one bedroom carpet. Two of the bedrooms were kept closed because they were used for storage. The way the apartment is divided you can replace the carpet in one room without having to replace it all. So I was charged for replacing carpet in the entire apartment. I would advice you to avoid this place.

  • Good location, not so good price tag

    The complex is more concerned with spending money on the lobby for visitors than fixing up the premises. The tennis courts are not well kept, there should be a dog park, and finding parking can get crazy on the weekends. The rent is pretty steep for being in the burbs and not having special amenities. The ladies in the office are super friendly, but also a bit nosy, so follow the rules or you'll get a phone call or a bill...

    A great living community and city They keep it quite pretty Kept clean filled with flowers That's why we like to call it ours Lots of great neighbors All available for favors Lots of great shopping, restaurants and stores You really can't ask for anything more The space is great, totally first rate Even the staff are all really great Availability to all major roads for transportation And even the much used train station A living space for every kind Just a terrific place is what you'll find!

  • Nice place but a little pricy.

    I suppose I could be paying for the area, but a lot of Camden's properties seem a little high. Depending on the inflation will determine if I live here for another lease. They are very nice and modern though. A few issues arose, but maintenance took care of it pretty quick. The staff here is nice for the most part. Quiet neighbors it seems and no issues so far with theft or anything. No gun shots either like my last place in Atlanta. Overall I would recommend it if your pockets are pretty deep. ...
