Im a single professional who just moved to Round rock from Miami. I looked around the area for 10+ places and fell in love with Camden. I've been living here for 2 months and its amazing! My unit is cosy and beautiful. The facilities are amazing! I especially loved the spacious gym and new equipments they have. Beautiful property. Super dog friendly. Accessible to the 35 freeway door those that have to commute to downtown or work at UT! This is my first apartment and I love it here. I moved from Arkansas & the staff are very welcoming & are very dedicated to making sure their residents are taken care of. I love my kitchen with the stainless steel appliances & the tub is very spacious. The wood floors in the kitchen & bathroom are great. The apartments come with Uverse 200 with internet/wifi & washer & dryer in every unit. The grounds are always well kept, there isn't much noise with neighbors. They have valet waste where someone ...

comes & picks up your trash at your door. I would say this is the most convenient apartments I have ever known of. It's in a great area that is close by different stores & a movie theater. There is a dog park where residents can take their dogs to walk. Parking is no hassle, I am always able to find a spot close to my building. Plus, they have car garages that are also an option for residents to get. So, I would say these apartments are pretty amazing & would recommend it to anyone able to afford.

Sure we hear people running upstairs sometimes but hey that's what you should expect living in an apartment! The pool and grill areas are the best part! There's always people out there grilling and having fun! It's a great place to make food and hangout and eat at the covered tables. Don't let them catch you at the pool a minute past 10 ...

though, you will surely get a violation. Not too sure what the violations do.. But they keep handing them out like candy haha. We haven't had the best experiences with the leasing office but it's easy enough to avoid them. The only downfall is the vallet trash. It's happened multiple times when they don't pick up our trash and they've actually broken a neighbors trash can and thrown the bag of trash at our neighbors door and left it a huge mess. The location here is completely ideal. We would love to renew our lease but they're going up majorly in price (Our 1 bedroom with 860 sq ft will be $1500). Great place while it's lasted!

Camden La Frontera is a beautiful new complex. It just opened within a year so everything is new and updated. The granite in the kitchen and bathroom is beautiful. The stainless steel appliances look great. And the layouts of the units are spacious and comfortable. All the amenities are top notch. The pool and grill area are extremely nice. friendly face and are extremely willing to help with any problems. That being said, problems will arise with your unit. There are a few minor things we've had to have replaced or fixed. It seems like they rushed to finish a few things and you may notice some minorly botched paint jobs or other small aesthetic mistakes with the wood floor or carpet. The pros absolutely out weigh all these small flaws. The community is also extremely dog friendly so if you have a dog that is a plus. Location is perfect as there are plenty of shopping and food options nearby. 5 stars for sure!
