Great Apartment Complex!

I’ve been living here for over a year now, see below for what matters. Great experience! Apartments- newly renovated, very quiet and comfortable Location- super convenient to most everywhere in Raleigh.. particularly Crabtree Valley Mall, Downtown, North Hills, and NC State Amenities- for an apartment complex, this place has a very well-equipped gym. The pools are beautiful, and the landscaping is always well manicured. My dog enjoys the dog park, which is an added bonus! Staff- Tori, ...

Jessica, Kristen, Tiffany and the rest of the team at Camden are always very responsive and helpful whenever I need them. The maintenance team is sure to complete service requests promptly and with the highest level of professionalism. Overall, I recommend this property to everyone. Like many others in Raleigh, I moved here from out-of-state, and I believe that moving to Camden Manor Park is the best choice I could have made!

I am fairly new to Raleigh area and have lived at Camden Manor Park for about 2 years. Everyone that works here is always very helpful! Tori helped me find the right apartment when I first visited and she was very nice and easy to work with. She and the other girls in the office made my move very easy. The maintenance guys are always quick to fix any problems. The location of the complex is great too. Close to Downtown Raleigh and North Hills, but not as expensive as a lot of other places around ...

here. I like the gym and the pool too. Good place to meet people. I have recommended this complex to a bunch of my friends.

My husband and I have been living here for over two years now and we have been extremely pleased with our experience. The location is very convenient right by Crabtree Valley Mall. The apartments are remodeled with beautiful features like stainless steel appliances, quartz counters and just overall a very modern look. The office staff has always been professional and easy to work with. The maintenance team works so hard to keep this place going too. Thanks Camden for all you do!

I wasn't able to visit the property before moving and I have to say, the leasing staff made it so easy and stress-free for my cross country move. I had several different agents help me through the process and they even sent me pictures of my apartment before I moved in. located in Raleigh and I can get downtown in 10 minutes, which is awesome because that's where all the best restaurants are. So far, I haven't had many maintenance issues, but they have always been extremely prompt and very helpful. I am looking forward to another year here!

I give credit when credit is due. Beautiful property, great amenities, and great location. Being so close to Crabtree Valley Mall is such a perk. The maintenance team responds quickly to service requests. The leasing staff and manager are so kind and always go above and beyond. I've lived in several apartment communities in this area and Camden Manor is by far the best. Can't wait to transfer into one of the newly renovated apartments!!!

Vandalism, bugs, disrespectful and trashy neighbors. This place is the equivalent of living in a dumpster. You have loud, trashy neighbors who don't clean up after themselves and let their dogs go to the bathroom on the sidewalk. The bugs are bad inside and outside. Recently I woke up to my car covered in ants inside and out because they are so bad around the parking area. The vandalism and theft is ridiculous. I've had to call the police several times for vandalism to the outside of my apartment ...

and noise. This is NOT a respectable, nice place to live. It is very trashy. First thing I experience when I leave every morning for work is a cloud of smoke because the neighbors chain smoke cigarettes. The dogs are awful at this complex and just bark nonstop and their owners do not clean up after them. Seriously I'm counting down the days until my lease ends. This place is disgusting and it's not even cheap. I'm spending so much on rent for just constant problems. Broken AC every other week, bugs inside, bugs getting in my car while I'm parked there overnight, loud neighbors, loud dogs, heavy smokers, constant theft and vandalism, cars being broken into. It just does not end. EVERY week there is another issue and I have to waste my time calling the office who does nothing and implements no long term solutions to any of these issues. It is SO bad. Do yourself a favor and do not live here. Go find somewhere clean and nice. I'm astonished at all the good reviews on here, these people cannot possibly be living at Camden Manor Park in Raleigh.

Great place to live in Raleigh!

My husband and I have been living in Camden Manor Park for more than two years now and we just LOVE it here! I have lived in several apartment s in the Raleigh area in the past 10 years and Camden Manor Park is the best of them. The service is incredible, issues are almost always solved the same day. The community has great facilities for pool, gym, theater room, etc.

Affordable, beautifully maintained and a great location. Two wonderful pools, two gyms, access to the Capital Greenway, plenty of parking, valet trash. We have a terrace level apartment so we enter from the first floor, but have a second floor balcony and it backs up to woods. So private! Couldn't ask for much else. Great tall ceilings and wonderful big glass slider makes it feel so big inside. Nice built-ins, mantle is great and storage is plenty.
