  • Good Apartments. Poor Follow Through

    Camden Montague offers decently modern apartment homes and a resort style feel. The maintenance team always arrived promptly and takes great care of the community. A serious downfall with this property is the exceptional lack of adequate parking. Too many units were crammed into too small of a lot. If you are not parked by 7 PM good luck finding a spot anywhere near your building. Visitors are required to park in designated spaces but the enforcement is incredibly lax. It is once in a blue moon ...
    that an offending vehicle ever gets towed. Sadly, that outlook places rule breaking visitors above residents who pay to live there and expect a spot. Contacting the office to express concerns can often require multiple calls before you get anyone on the line. Voicemails were often left unreturned. There is a lot of promise here, especially being a Camden property, but without a serious approach to remedying these issues, the once idyllic community will degrade greatly.

    I made the unfortunate mistake, and I hope you do not as well. Have you ever walked into an establishment and succumbed to the "stank" that surrounds your person? And not "stank" in the literal sense, like the smell of its odor wafting through your nostrils. No; the "stank" that is of foul soul, rotten to the very core. Enter these doors and you will understand what I mean to great extent. While this isn't true for all that are present, as there are beautiful spirits still lost amongst the ...
    vultures, however; the remaining are the exact opposite of the term "Angel." Camden Montague is a treacherous place you do not want to call your home by any means. It is portrayed by its sheepish herd as a wonderful place that you'd recommend to your loved ones, but that's just the facade. The equivalent to sending your precious children to Neverland Ranch claming it to be a reputable daycare facility, their practices are questionable. Do not fall for the deception of "Luxury" that is promised. Unless your idea of a luxurious evening is treating your spouse to a briny, overcooked steak at the neighborhood Outback; then carring on to your friends about "sipping Romanée-Conti while experiencing Five Star dining." Have some self respect and stay away. Time is valuable and I urge you to spend it on something pleasurable. - Horrible Experience - Horrible Place to Live - Lackluster Management - Deception - Shady - Failure to Deliver

Jessica in the front office was extremely helpful in getting everything arranged prior to our arrival so all we had to do was pick up the keys when we arrived. Jose the manager is on top of his game.
