Horrible management. Please do yourself a favor and look for a much nicer, newer place in Frisco that will treat you better. These people are money hungry and very dishonest .

Awful. Run, don’t walk. Plenty of newer complexes with much better amenities and free parking where you will get at least a portion of your deposit refunded.

Thank you for taking a moment to share your feedback. I am sorry you left our community dissatisfied. Our residents typically receive a final utility bill after move out that is deducted from any deposit that is on hand along with any charges for cleaning or damages that are considered above and beyond normal wear and tear.
We do not make it our practice to overcharge or unfairly charge anyone as we know the importance of return customers is as we have had many people move out only to return within 6 months to a year later because of the service we provide our customers.
Again, I am sorry you were not happy with your move out experience with us and I certainly wish you the best.

I lived here for 6 years but decided to try a newly built community so I moved out last year. Big mistake. My new place doesn't hold a candle to Camden Panther Creek. Yes, it has all the new finishings but it's very small and the community amenities are a joke. So....I'm moving back to Camden Panther Creek. I love how it's situated in a neighborhood, nestled between a farm and new houses. It's a great location and easy to get around. If you like to walk then you'll love it there. It's ...
safe, friendly and quiet. Residents wave to you and say "hi'. They have community get togethers like wine tastings and barbecues at the pool. The pool is fantastic! It's a salt water pool and beautifully designed. Feels like you're at a resort. The fitness center has its own building and it's big. The business center has all the things you need like computers, copy and fax machines. The apartments are very nice with granite countertops, crown molding and linen closets. (My current place doesn't even have a coat closet!) The windows are large and bring in a lot of light, something that's important to me. They are also double-paned, which keeps your electricity reasonably low. I can't wait to move back!!

Panther at Camden Creek is a nice place to live, I looked at a lot of places. My apartment floor plan is spacious and lots of lights, love the layout and my view. Management, staff and maintenance are polite, friendly and responsive. Heating and air is a little higher than I like. Otherwise is a great place so far, I would definitely recommend this place to live!!! Thanks Camden Creek team!!!! Jan 17 2017.
