I lived there a few years ago and after they get you in, they raise the rent on a yearly basis everytime you renew your lease.($75 min). There is dog poop all over the grounds on most evenings. The valet trash wont pick up daily, they have special rules for that. I had bugs in my apartment, the AC was constantly on the fritz and they wouldnt replace it time after time.

I've lived here since Jan of 2017 and happily just renewed my lease for another 18 months. I've lived in Az for 15(7yrs in Chandler) yrs and all in apartment complexes. We knew when we toured the property that we were going to enjoy living here, but our experience has exceeded our expectations .This company and complex has been the best apartment living experience thus far and it isn't even close. knowledgeable and efficient maintenance crew to the we'll kept grounds to the 24hr customer care center with live people to take your call . it has been a top shelf experience and I would highly recommend this company and specific location (Pecos Rd) because of the deliberate effort to make residents feel valued. The welcoming staff along with the entire maintenance crew go out of their way to throw events and functions to show that they their residents. I'm telling you from first hand experience if you plan on living in Chandler, it is worth spending a few moments of your time to learn for yourself how this can be your home.

Refusal to address issues

Camden Maintenance called in Professional AC came out to address not cooling- feedback was layout of complex was poorly designed- AC set to 74 bedroom is 82 - Camden Regional Manager refusal to move to different apartment without having to pay whole transfer fee unless same apartment (the one with the bad airflow design)- would not recommend this place to anyone due to Camden's unwillingness to address serious issues that come up

We have lived here for about 4 yrs. and love the staff and ammenities. The property is kept spotless. The maintenance staff is right there if there is a problem. Unfortunately my wife was laid off and I have been out of work for six months from medical issues and our renewal goes up $150 a month. Haven't figured what to do yet.

Nestled next to a couple of great neighborhoods and a major freeway, Camden Pecos Ranch is ideal for families with furkids, or even the bachelor/bachelorette that loves their furry companions, that wishes to have a higher end apartment with granite countertops, black and stainless steel appliances, and upgraded lighting. Neutral paint colors with the option of having an accent wall painted to the color of your choice as well as spacious living areas and wood flooring lend to a creative aspect to ...
your high end living.
We chose this location for a few reasons.
One, the location. It is very freeway accessible to the San Tan 202. Quick access to local amenities is huge for us.
Two, we have a well trained Dogo Argentino (Argentinian Mastiff) and we need a place that can accommodate her as she is large (over 75lbs). They have a dog park here on site, and also have dog waste disposal areas in almost every green area on the property. The security deposit was the cheapest one we found around.
Three, we were transferring from a single family home to an apartment. This means we wanted excellent use of space with a bit of storage, as well as energy efficiency and a decent price for a larger apartment.
Camden definitely delivered! When dealing with the ladies up front, we always felt very very accepted... they always greeted us wholeheartedly and came to greet our 9 month old baby. They regularly have community events so that the residents can socialize. There is even a Camden internet social page!
With a ton of parking, covered spots for each apartment, heated pools and beautiful landscaping, what else could you ask for?

This perfect cuddle home is right of the 202 for a fast commute. Restaurants, shopping and much more can be found just couple blocks away. Very safe place and great neighbors. It's a gated community with 24/7 amenities such as 2 swimming pools (heated in the winter time), a gym and a business center. The girls at the front office are very helpful and organize all sorts of getting together events, so if you love to socialize, this is the place for you.
