    I lived at Camden now for over a year with my 13 year old son and I absolutely love this property. The maintenance team are great, the Mgmt. team in the leasing office are very helpful, and the property is kept up. I highly recommend this apartment!!

    I'm never living in a Camden property ever again. This has been the worst living experience I've ever had. From the bugs in my room when I moved in to the constant broken air conditioning. I've called them out 3 different times and every time it works for a month then breaks again. The parking is also horrible. There are designated visitor spots that nobody ever uses which leaves the residents with no parking spots. I've brought this up to them and all they did was send an email hoping that would ...
    fix it. Guess what? It didn't. I also had something stolen off of my vehicle while I was here. The only cameras on the property are at the trash (really? protecting the trash?) and at the mailbox (which I understand). They were of no help at all. Bottom line, don't live here, it was a horrible experience.

  • A Place to LOVE!

    This by far the best place to live! The maintenance staff is responsive as well as the front office staff. They constantly send emails about what is going on in the community. I still say I feel like I live in luxury as well as people who visit me says the same thing. The trashed is picked up at your front door as well as the garbage bins we have.   • Not What I Thought It Would Be

    I was so happy to move into my first apartment but after awhile things went south. I have several problems with my apartment. Leasing office doesn’t respond to emails in a timely manner. Maintenance hasn’t done so well with apartment issues. My experience at Camden Shiloh has been anything but pleasant.

    Basia was absolutely AMAZING!!!! She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the property and all of it's amenities. She took her time and showed us the apartment of our choice, even though we were only inquiring about renting for future reference ... She is very sweet woman with great customer service. She encouraged my friend and I to take photos and ask any and all questions... and informed us of several community programs that they have to offer (i.e. breakfast on the go, game nights, etc)! ...
    The property is as beautiful as the online photos... I would recommend anyone looking for apartments in the Kennesaw area to stop in and speak to Basia!

  • Horrible expensive apartments

    High price. Thin walls. Pool always broken and/or dirty. Roaches galore. Bad access to mailboxes. Smoke alarms go off randomly even in middle of the night! Dirty grill. No walking or dog walking paths. Horrible place with NASTY STAFF. I was very sick once and asked two maintenance staff to take out a bag of garbage to the street. They said "we are not garbage men"! Always paid on time so no problems there. DO NOT RENT HERE. DIRTY EXPENSIVE NASTY STAFF

      during non-business hours our 24 hour emergency maintenance team is available. If you are experiencing an issue with your smoke alarms, our team will be happy to come to your apartment to replace the batteries. In regards to your concerns of the location of the mailboxes and pest control, we understand that you are not pleased with the location of the mailboxes. They are located and a central area in the community to allow easy access for the whole community. Additionally, as you may remember, pest control is available at no charge to residents as often as needed. Please contact the leasing office to schedule our pest control technician to treat your apartment. It is our practice to contact and document each point of contact with every lease signer in regards to issues where action is required. In regards to your concerns with noise, there are definitely pros and cons to living in a multi-family living environment and such a popular area in which we are located. We pride ourselves on our full disclosure and would never paint a picture of our community as being noise-free. Due to our fantastic location, the fact that this area is experiencing a tremendous amount of growth, and in order to stay competitive, market rates are to be expected.     After a while of searching for an affordable, safe, neighborhood I finally stumbled across Camden Shiloh. I love how convenient the complex is to major highways and how quiet and kept the premises are. The agents are friendly and dependable (maintenance requests, etc). I'd definitely recommend this location if you're in search of a nice home with great amenities.

    Well, Newsflash everyone - this place rocks. It has been the easiest, fastest and most pleasant leasing experience I have ever had and believe me, I am an apartment person for the past 15 years. I stopped by to see the community and Randall, the manager, took me on a tour and I was sold. The apartments are beautiful, spacious and well laid out with modern touches, stainless, brushed aluminum fixtures and lighting, wood floors and a fireplace to boot! Camden Shiloh was my 1st choice after looking ...
    everywhere in Kennesaw. I went on line and filled out their app. Amazing - it told me to wait for 2 minutes and voila, I was approved. You may think it stops here and all the paperwork stuff now. Nope - it created my lease, pet addendum and assigned me the apartment and garage and I signed it on line and received my executed lease about 3 minutes later. You pay your rent online, do service orders on line and no charge to pay rent on line either. My last community charged $28 to pay on line. If there were a 10 star rating, I would make it 10 but 5 stars is just not enough for this place. Beautifully landscaped, well kept grounds and quiet. Gated and they even work! A pool that is even clean and open! A bark park, gym, picnic area with gas grill, lions and tigers and bears oh my! Just kidding on the lions, tigers and bears but it seemed like it fit. Can you tell I am really happy here! And the office / maintenance staff - well, superior is what I will say! Do not think twice about making the decision to move to Camden Shiloh.
