Great location and Community
April 28, 2016The location is perfect, near shopping and the interstate, but very quiet and secluded. Great location for walking and easy access to the green way. I have not had many maintenance requests, but when I do the staff is very quick to respond. I have enjoyed living here.Review from Apartments.com
No Place Like Home
August 14, 2015I was in search of an apartment in South Charlotte that was not too far from my job, one that I could afford , and one that had friendly neighbors. Well Camden Touchstone fit what I was looking for perfectly. I can never say enough about the office staff and how they are always helpful when I need them. This apartment complex is a great fit for me and I am blessed to call it my home.Review from Apartments.com
Great Location, Mediocre Community
July 21, 2015The location is the best thing about this apartment complex - it is secluded in the back of the community surrounded by woods but still has easy access to everywhere in South Charlotte. The lawn and public areas are well maintained for the most part but could use some upgrades and added luxuries as this is considered a "luxury" apartment community. The staff here is decent, they are helpful but not very friendly. The pool is rather small, it feels crowded when there are 5 people swimming. The ...exercise room is a plus, a nice amount of equipment. The community could definitely use additional and nicer grills along with additional dog stations. They did recently put up a fence for a "dog park" area which is awesome. For the price, this community could use some improvements but I have enjoyed living here as it is nice and quiet.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
