I have been living here for over a year and have no complaints. Thank you Camden team for everything you guys do for us! I was relocated for work and had to find an apartment quick. Within 2 weeks after visiting and speaking to different leasing offices, nothing compared to the great feeling of dealing with Manager Katrina & Asst. Manager Cindy. They need to be recongized on all their hard work they do for their current and future residents. It was a relief to find an apartment complex that was in a safe neighborhood, was in a great school district, convenient to the highway, grocery store, mall, airport, and ...
beaches. Also an apartment complex that has a professional management office who treats people with respect and goes above and beyond. The apartments have a beach entry pool along with bbq grills, a nice gym, car wash station, and playground for kids.
I am a current resident now and I can verify that everyone on the maintenance staff is top notch. Their respond time is always within hours.
These are newer apartments and the people who live here are great and all seem how to take care of the community.
Lastly, the apartment complex always finds ways to bring everyone together for events during holidays.

This is an extremely well cared for complex. The grounds are neat, the amenities are plentiful and well maintained, and the staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful. This is definitely not the run of the mill complex. It is new (3 years), everything is well lighted and secure. The location is out but very close to all you care to do.

This apartment is in a great area. The apartment interiors are great with crown molding and upgraded look. All apartments look like the model and pictures that are shown online. This is a pretty complex with great amenties such as the pool, dog park, work out room and courtyard to compliment the property. The office staff is really friendly and helpful; I never have an issue with getting in touch with the office or maintenance crew.
