All around terrible place
May 30, 2025Avoid living here if you can. Cars are getting broken into every other day it seems, and Managment does nothing to help. Elevators are broken for weeks at a time. Most neighbors are unbelievably loud, abusing their animals in plain view, cussing their children out in the hallways/parking lot or they are smoking inside. No one knows how to properly take out their garbage. The apartments themselves are pretty cute and brand new but everything else is just not worth the headache.Property Manager Responded

Don’t waste your time applying
July 28, 2024This company wasted my time! The application process took two months only for them to send me a generic email saying I was denied due to being over income. They gave me the run around and had me believing that I would be approved just to be denied after two months. There wasn’t even an apology to the time they wasted. They are heartless and very unprofessional. I know countless other people that they did the exact same thing too!Property Manager Responded
