Just outside our grounds, you can take a stroll through one of the city's many parks, including Souyen Park and Bellingham Square–each within proximity to your front door. Our location is a comfortable and convenient home base surrounded by great schools, parks, and entertainment. Canyon Oaks at Windmere is a part of the Affordable Program and has income restrictions that will be expiring on October 1, 2026. Wonderful Windemere!

I love my apartment at the Windemere community. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. My apartment is very spacious, light, bright and airy. The management company has been nothing but gracious and very easy to deal with when need be. The pool & spa area is lovely and so relaxing, I feel like I'm at a resort when lounging by the pool. I have nothing but good things to say about this community and am so happy I decided to move here!
