Terrible Maintenance Department, Incompetent Office Staff

I have had nothing but problems since moving to Capitol Gateway. Issues that existed the day I moved in have yet to be addressed almost two months later. Office staff neglects to return voicemails and emails the majority of the time and they fail to follow through on their promises all the time. No matter how many times you bring a problem to their attention they just blame someone else and tell you they'll get it taken care of (which is a lie). attracting rodents, pests, and making the courtyard smell awful. In my many visits to the leasing office to discuss the issues with my unit I have hardly ever seen the Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager in their offices and when they are there the staff tells you they are busy and will not let you speak with them. There is often yelling and loud music late at night, and there are a few residents with loud exhaust or dirt bikes that treat the public roads around the community as their personal race track. I am severely disappointed with my experience here given the cost of rent and I am actively looking for alternative housing options. Save yourself the headache and lease elsewhere.
