Managements lack of care for residents wellbeing
August 1, 2022Management has done nothing about the repeated gun violence striking our apartment community over the past few weeks. Multiple residents including myself have reported it to management and the police and they have done absolutely nothing. Over the weekend of 7-26-22 there was a violent shoot out leaving one dead. Management has said and done nothing to even inform the residents of the tragedy. It turns out that there has been several weeks of late-night gun violence here from a specific unit and ...management has been informed and will do nothing about it. Stray bullets have hit parked residence vehicles and even went through a residence window with them in that very room. Beyond disappointment
May 25, 2021While the apartments themselves are decent, they constantly leave dog poop and trash all over the grounds. There has been a broken emergency sign in the hallway for 6 months dangling. There is never a place to park if you get home after 5 unless you pay an extra 40 dollars a month for an assigned spot. They don't enforce removal of cars that shouldn't be parking there. The dumpster is overflowing in to the street. And regardless if what your rent is they add on all these additional "billback" ...amounts onto your rent. Lastly good luck getting them to pick up your trash or refilling the dog waste bags. I would never recommend living here, there are much better places. Also they charge an outstanding amount when you move out regardless of how long you've lived there. Don't expect normal wear and tear to be ignored, they need their money.Property Manager Responded

March 8, 2021We pay for community amenities that are basically unusable. There is an incredibly loud noise from the water heater? And we were told we have to just deal with it, they wont fix it. Follow up on emails is very poor. Parking is a complete mess. Maintenance requests submitted online go unanswered unless you call the office.Property Manager Responded

March 2, 2021My biggest complaint, like many others, is parking. I really wish they would have assigned spots for everyone or at least more spots in general. There's definitely too many cars here and not enough room for them. Its almost impossible to find a spot after 4pm on the weekends. Other than that I love it here! The appliances are new and the apartment is big, open, and clean. Even though we're right next to the highway and boondocks it's pretty quiet here. April 10, 2020My family and I have lived at Carrick Bend for a few years. When we first moved in management was wonderful. There was solid communication between management and residents. Management also hosted several community events. Recently there has been a decline in communicaiton. For example, maintenance entered our appartment for a routine inspection without notice. The office said they taped a notice to the door but it must have blown off. This is not acceptable. Also, parking is a real concern. There ...are rarely parking spots available close to our building.
