They never responded to my calls or emails in a timely manner. The rent was also too high. They raised the rent every year by $50, even though there were no improvements to the apartment. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. It is a dirty, dangerous place to live. Cars are stolen, people are beaten and robbed in parking lot, but management cares to increase rent, instead of improving all issues people are facing here.

The whole building needs to be treated if not evacuated, also MOLD AND DAMPNESS my partner got very sick from it, people SMOKING CIGARETTES AND WEED and the smell comes to your apartment thought the ventilation ducts. One Saturday night we had to evacuated the apartment because the smell was everywhere like someone smoked right on you face ALSO WE HAD TO EVACUATED MULTIPLE TIMES EVEN AT 3:00AM BECAUSE THE FIRE ALAM GOES OFF RANDOMLY and its a whole mess until the fire department gets to the building and desactive it. DONT MOVE IN UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH ALL THIS ISSUES AND MORE.

You can live in any prison in any part of the world for hundred years. But you can not live in this complex. People are the power full judges. Please give the right judgement to this management. I am not writing this review for getting some lum sum from management . I have all evidences for the incidents that happened to me. I am not going to delete this review even if i paid a billion doller cash. This apartment is cheap . Why ? because it has high risk of hygiene. 1) leaks in the ceiling 2) leaks in the bathroom .3) roaches.4) bedbugs 5)insects 6) nails in the carpets 6) reverse air flow in the ventilators.7) kitchen sink bounces . if your neighbor cooks you get cough .8)almost zero customer service. 9) smoking in the steps 10) breaking bottles on the floor.11) elevator fell a feet one day and no one asked.12) faulty washer dryers 13) Parking issue after 11 PM 14) deleting profiles in public sites to flush the reviews Roaches are not residing in apartments . But there are too many cracks in the floor and corridor they are living there . They visit your home in the middle of the night. So the treatment of roaches with in your unit never fix your problem. Finally no one listen your words. If you want to go and take lease in this apartment complex kindly ask one question to them. "Why your apartments are so cheap when your location deserves ? you are renting your units half price?" I say the answer. This is risk of hygiene. You dont not live in gutter just for no expense. I am appealing every one who read this review . Just carefully consider my words before sign your lease there. I do agree the fact the people live there for 40 years. Even I do lived there for three years. But what they say to you for your wishes matters. I know a lady who lived there for 30 years say never live here.
