Casa Del Rey is a small family complex. The Look of the building are a little outdated and in need of need of new paint. Casa Del Rey has both covered and uncovered stalls. Stalls are first come first serve, covered stalls upon request. Casa Del Rey has 2 pools, the first sits on the far side of the complex. Small , Dirty Most days with leaves and bugs. The bigger pool is much cleaner with decent seating around the edge. This pool a tennis court and half basketball ball court are directly in the
...middle of the complex. The apartments have no washer or dryer hook up but have public wash machines on site, outdated appliances , Faulty equipment if not kept up with every 3 months "fans ,Toilets , Air vents ect". Walk ways and stairs are covered with bird droppings. Pigeons live and next in the cracks. Can be rather loud during the summer. Maintained promised to take care of the situation 3 months ago. Everything takes forever to be fix due too not enough employees. lastly mail has been an issue. Break-ins, faulty door locks and labeling.
