Everyone has been very nice and approachable and the apartment was mostly cleaned up by move-in. I really like how the community members and staff maintain the area. I saw staff walking around the area picking up trash which shows that they actually care about this place. A welcome surprise the the trash valet. I didn't expect for someone to come and collect trash every night but its been every nice. I also love that the reception/common area is decorated and keeps refreshments availabe. Ive only ...

I have been at Cedar Springs for 2.5 years. So far the leasing office staff is always accommodating, and maintenance is timely and nice. I enjoy the area for walking and the convenience of shopping and/or quick coffee runs.

The community is quiet, apartment is spacious and the staff is friendly and nice. Ryan in the front office is super friendly and personable. Maintenance comes in a timely manner. Im overall happy with experience with the community.

Needs a lot of cleaning and attention. More effort to property and security. Garbage everywhere. Wish they would do more cleaning and give the property a lil more tender, love and care !
