October 13, 2025I have been at Cedar Springs for 2.5 years. So far the leasing office staff is always accommodating, and maintenance is timely and nice. I enjoy the area for walking and the convenience of shopping and/or quick coffee runs.Review from Apartments.com

April 22, 2025Quiet most of the time. Everyone keeps to themselves which I like. Apartment is very overpriced because there are many new apartments in the area that are much more affordable in this area. Office staff is really nice floor plan. But there was a bad roach problem I had to get rid of the roaches on my own also they do not do any upkeep of the immediate outside of the apartments no power washing. No roach spraying. You are on your own having to sweet the stairs and the front of the building. Moving ...soon TGProperty Manager Responded
