March 24, 2026I've only been here four days but I guess it doesn't matter! I'm impressed how quiet the neighborhood is! I enjoy having the trash valet conveniently come by most nights and make the trash disappear! So far I guess you could say, "I'm a happy camper!"Property Manager Responded

October 22, 2025Everyone has been very nice and approachable and the apartment was mostly cleaned up by move-in. I really like how the community members and staff maintain the area. I saw staff walking around the area picking up trash which shows that they actually care about this place. A welcome surprise the the trash valet. I didn't expect for someone to come and collect trash every night but its been every nice. I also love that the reception/common area is decorated and keeps refreshments availabe. October 13, 2025I have been at Cedar Springs for 2.5 years. So far the leasing office staff is always accommodating, and maintenance is timely and nice. I enjoy the area for walking and the convenience of shopping and/or quick coffee runs.Review from Apartments.com
