May 26, 2025I would mention that the walls are thin and that the apartments’ exterior need some renovation and/or regular up-keeping , but good experience so far.Property Manager Responded

April 22, 2025Quiet most of the time. Everyone keeps to themselves which I like. Apartment is very overpriced because there are many new apartments in the area that are much more affordable in this area. Office staff is really nice floor plan. But there was a bad roach problem I had to get rid of the roaches on my own also they do not do any upkeep of the immediate outside of the apartments no power washing. No roach spraying. You are on your own having to sweet the stairs and the front of the building. Moving ...soon TGProperty Manager Responded

December 9, 2024Excellent customer service. Monique is very caring and get her job done in a timely manner. The property is very clean and safe. Management always engage with the residents by doing different activities every month. Monique always there to assist you with any concerns and get what ever resolved in a timely manner. Monique always go above and beyond. Maintenance orders are completed on time. Neighborhood is very safe security on-site. Never noisy in daytime or nighttime.
