Great apartment community that is peaceful, well-kept, with upgraded apartments for an affordable price. The location is amazing with the mall only 7 minutes away and downtown is 25 minutes. Really enjoy all the Smart phone apps for making it more convenient to live here.

Non smokers beware, you will get second hand smoke inside your apartment from your neighbors. Found cockroaches our first night here. Snakes and spiders in every bush. New management does not have their computer system in place. Maintenance request and complaints are written in sticky notes and not followed through.

They really don't care about there residents! When i first moved in my toilet over flowed EVERY time i flushed it when i called them to fix it he came to my apartment and said "oh its this toilet" he explained they installed it wrong and already knew but still moved me in and told me to fix it i would have to find a place to stay for 2-3 days and then never followed up.. thats not the worst part my ac didnt work properly for 3 months and the man tried to say its because i left it on? then when ...

it finally really gave out they put me on a waiting list with 3 people ahead of me and it took over 2 weeks in the middle of summer in a 90 degree apartment with one single window unit that they gave me and it shorted the place out if left on too long.

I have lived here over a year and this is the worstplace to live. Everything is out dated and the staff is horrible and rude. The new management and old alike, have no respect for there residents. Do not move here, you will regret it. They cut the water off without proper notice. The water only get hot some times. Plus all the 1st floor apartments we're flooded during hurricane Harvey and everytime it rains, the parking lot floods. Also the bathrooms are the worst and need a full upgrade, along ...

Currently live here, will not be resigning another lease. The manager is rude and always has an attitude, no customer service skills. Between the bugs and things breaking down constantly, it's over all star rating should be zero. Move else where, the security gates have been broken since we moved in two years ago, and we have been told they have no plan to fix the gates even though cars get broken into weekly. Save yourself before you waste one dime on this place.
