Nice location, but absolutely horrible sounds.
August 20, 2020It is a nice location, the space inside is nice but expensive. The inside is outdated with old fixtures its laughable.. You hear every step and noise your upstairs neighbors make. The floors magnify the sound. Bass and music is heard loudly. It will drive you mad.Property Manager Responded

The community is a perfect size - large enough to provide excellent amenities such as pool, fitness center, and sauna; yet small enough so that the managers and maintenance people know each resident by name. Cibola is also superbly located in Old Town Scottsdale - easy walking distance to Fashion Square, the Arizona Canal, and Postino's.
