I absolutely love living here so far. It has only been a month, and the leasing office agents have been extremely friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is amazing, and the units are very nice on the inside and suitable for WFH employees.

Nice location, but absolutely horrible sounds.

It is a nice location, the space inside is nice but expensive. The inside is outdated with old fixtures its laughable.. You hear every step and noise your upstairs neighbors make. The floors magnify the sound. Bass and music is heard loudly. It will drive you mad.

Cibola is a wonderful place to live! The community is a perfect size - large enough to provide excellent amenities such as pool, fitness center, and sauna; yet small enough so that the managers and maintenance people know each resident by name. Cibola is also superbly located in Old Town Scottsdale - easy walking distance to Fashion Square, the Arizona Canal, and Postino's. I have lived here five years and intend to live here at least five more.
