This by far is the best apartment complex I've rented. The staff members are friendly they maintain regular contact to ensure customer satisfaction. They surprising acknowledged my birthday this year by hand delivering a card. Maintenance, also, does an excellent job of maintaining the complex as well as respond promptly. It's in prime location Walmart and the mall are within walking distance and it's right off of 2 major freeways. The complex is quiet I haven't had any noise complaint ...
issues. It's also small compared to other complex and tucked into a neighborhood that's family oriented. It's a great location for families to dwell.

Could be better.

Club Cancun could be better, the noise issue in my apartment was pretty bad. No matter the size of the person above me the noise was loud from them just walking around. They would step through the master bedroom thresh hold, and it would sound like the every galvanize nail was coming out and the frame around the door was going to crack. When they would walk in the center of any room, (master bedroom, livingroom, kitchen), you could see the ceiling buckle, the sprinklers on the ceiling would drop ...
1.5-2 inches when they stepped near them, on on them. The kitchen was the worst, 3 inch drop. I was waiting for the poor soul to fall through. So far that hasnt happen. Obviously, I brought it to management, they disrgarded my concerns, and my complaints about the noise. When the repectionist (couldnt have weighed more than 110), was walking around upstairs, and it sounded like an elephant up there, the manager in my apartment, said that was "normal". My friends have an apartment in the same building, they do not have this issue, in fact no one else does(supposedly). If they were more helpful in regards to the noise, i would give them 5 stars. Everything else was top notch, any work orders we submitted were completed quickly, had one emergency, rain water was leaking in through a window, they responded in less than 15 mins. Like I said, if the noise wasnt so bad, and they didnt dismiss me and my roommate, I would have given them 5 stars.
