Thin Walls Let Noise Through
August 9, 2024The walls are not sound resistant at all. Very Noisy. Every little noise is easly heard especially in the bedroom where I sleep. Noise from cars slamming doors, a person coughing and especially the traffic from E 56th Ave. I do not even live near the Avenue. Its going to get really bad in winter when people warm up thier cars. I saw the apartment briefly and went to visit when traffic was not at its peak. The apartment looked good with stainless steel appliances. Washer and Dryer. New Microvawe. ...Central Heating and air conditioning. WHAT APARTMENT LIVING SHOULD BE!
February 27, 2023As a renter for twenty five years, I KNOW what is an excellent living experience should be. And this is it! I have lived here close to a year, and WOW, if all management was even sorta close to treating their tenants as we should be treated, there would be no bad reviews at any community! The community manager, Paul, is exceptional. He listens to what the needs are of the renters. Shelby, the assistant manager, is wonderful and helpful. The two maintenance guys, Roger and Gary get to my ...work orders as quickly and humanly as possible. By humanly, I mean, they do their best to have our concerns addressed as soon as they can. The property is cleaned and maintained. ALWAYS. The apartments inside are stunning! Well crafted and built. Lots of sunlight! Yes. I made the right choice living here. Great new management
June 30, 2022I have definitely noticed a difference in the community since Paul has taken over. It is actually quiet at night and they are making sure the grounds are well taken care of. I have noticed an increase in security which makes me feel safer coming home at night.Review from Apartments.com

January 3, 2022Convenient location for airport employees, nice new amenities and finishes, but maintenance isnt always up to snuff. Management does not seem to take seriously issues that involve enforcing any of their rules (ie the smoking ban, paid parking spots, etc). On-site security is needed to enforce the various rules after-hours but I cant imagine the managers choosing to spend money on something like that.Review from Apartments.com
