January 29, 2021I just wanted to say how awesome it is living here. I am a single mom with 2 boys and have lived here since October of 2019. I feel safe living here. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance crew is great. Tina and sylvia at the front office are the best. They stay on top of the property. Schools are great. Elementary bus picks up at the front of the complex and middle and high school does have to walk or find a ride to school. It's less than a mile. They also have a good neighbor program ...on the facility. Meghan is the director and she does so much for our little community. They offer exterminator services so no bugs. Apartments are big and nice. You have your own garage or storage room for some of us lol. I hope I can stay here until my boys graduate or I can buy a house. They usually have a waiting list so if you're interested get on it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Coronado townhomes- The best rental place to live in
August 22, 2015I have lived in this property for over 9 years and conting. I have never encounterd any problems with any of the residents where I have to fear for my life. Since they are manage by the Good Neigbor Program there are coordinators at site that sends out a calendar every month offering several activities, such as homework help, computer classes and much more.The office managers and maintanance are very professional in their work. There 3 major schools nearby, elementary, junior high and high school ...and krogers grocery-pharmacy withing a walking distance. There is a League city police officer who walks the property at night for crime prevention which is a plus for all residents living here. In the summer time you will not see too many teens pass the curfew time compare to other apartments in the area. Overall, this place is home to me and my family.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
