This is a very high class community, and she has delivered on every occasions. Friendly, listens , fixes any concerns. We decided to transfer to another unit , it couldn’t have gone any smoother! Management plays favorites so you really do not want to be on their bad side. They keep an eerily close eye on people, even asking other residents for information they can use against you. Management finds reasons to constantly hand out eviction notices for unwanted behavior. Don't even think about listening to music outside you'll get a noise complaint in under 3 minutes. Building looks nice but you can hear EVERYTHING the person above you does. It's not worth the price you pay for rent, hence ...
