Cortland Mallard Creek is one of the best Cortland properties in North Charlotte. Many other communities I’ve toured or visited have seemed unsafe and the community doesn’t look clean. The Mallard Creek location is very clean and safe. I’ve had no problems the first 2 months I’ve lived here. Move in process was easy and the management staff is responsive. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a place that is quiet, safe, clean, and a great place to call home.
