Move-in day was a breeze thanks to the ample parking and clear directions, and any minor fixes I needed were handled quickly by the ...kind and respectful maintenance team. Many other communities I’ve toured or visited have seemed unsafe and the community doesn’t look clean. The Mallard Creek location is very clean and safe. December 9, 2024Quiet, comfortable community. The community is diverse and people seem generally friendly. Management is always helpful, although it's a bit of a pain that they are only onsite part of the week.Property Manager Responded
