Unkept and terrible negligent management
April 19, 2025The Office staff have their own agenda and are only there for themselves. There is no security or cameras on the premises and the leasing office does not stick to office hours. The units are unkept and maintenance issues take weeks-months to get tended to. The management staff are quick to leave or tell you there’s nothing they can do.Review from Apartments.com
Best management you could ever ask for
September 13, 2023If you do the bare minimum upkeep for your apartment, the front office will go above and beyond for you. All issues I had with my roommates and the state of the apartment were resolved by them much sooner than I ever would have expected. They are extremely dedicated to making this a place that you want to live at, not just some place you have to live at so long as you just communicate with the office. Maintenance can be slow at times, but there are many new residents so things can be in flux if ...you move in when many others are moving in too.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The flats at mallard creek
October 3, 2018Move in day was a mess. Broken items all over the apartment. Dryer didn’t work. Garbage disposal doesn’t work. Maintenance is terrible, you walk into the leasing office to report a problem and days will pass by and nothing will change. If you want to have a good place to live while at college. Do not live at the flats at malllard creek.Review from Apartments.com
The flats
July 31, 2015My move in was terrible because the entire apartment was dirty. We had several broken items including the refrigerator and dryer. Management did not want to fix anything and took a long time to do so.Review from Apartments.com
