I am a former resident The property management restricts the use of the grills and community gas firepit only to daylight Hours. Only daytime grilling and fires. The whole courtyard turns dark and creepy before nightfall

It’s in a super location, well managed by Jay, good, kind residents and a great dog park. Priced reasonably - you won’t find better. If you need a pool or tennis courts, you won’t find them here. If you need a safe, quiet, convenient place to live- here it is.
