In November 2021 I was in the hospital and my family came to visit to help out I was scheduled to leave on Sunday my heat went out on Saturday I called the leasing office and advised that I was coming home with a newborn baby and needed heat asap as stated in the lease that was a maintenance emergency with the temperature was below 50 degrees. They gave me a space heater that made my carpet hot I didn’t use it. I didn’t get heat until that Tuesday. I knew at that point I was not resigning my ...
lease. Spring came and my neighbors allowed their dog to poop on the patio and they just left it there. With it being warm/hot I would come out of my home to leave and would smell dog poop. I asked the leasing office if they would kindly ask for them to pick up after their dog. The poop stayed down there for 2 more weeks. I feel like with customer service going down in other areas of life at least where you pay your rent at on time every month would be the least thing you would have stressing you. Hopefully in the near future it will get better for the current tenant.

Poorly Maintained Property

My experience while living at Creat on Providence.
I believe my unit has mold that is painted over however is now visible and I’ve seen black spots in other neighborhoods units.
Maintenance are nice guys however only patch repairs done based on managements authorization from what I can see.
Garbage trucks come through at about 2:00am.
There was recently a shooting in the parking lot by the playground at 6:00pm.
Management is rude & not helpful.
These units need to be torn down.

city inspector come and they found more violations then what I complained about.
Do yourself a favor and look at a better established community where neighbors and staff take pride in the community.
If you are looking for a dilapidated, run down apartment with no light fixtures or ceiling fans in the bedrooms or living room. Not fully functional windows in my unit. Discolored ceiling from The many flooding issues this complex has. Flooded parking lots when it rains. In the warmer months geese poop that management does nothing about.
Then this is the place for you.

I like living here, they keep the place up very well, I also like that youre close to everything here, everyone in the office that Ive had interaction with is very helpful when I call for something to be done theyre on it usually within two days.

We moved here from Columbus, Ohio after the passing of my mother for a fresh start. Looked at many different communities and my daughters grandmother said to come here and try. Glad I did! LaChae who works in the office was very upfront and professional. The girls in the office worked hard to get me in seeing that I was from out of state and had just started working for MEDIC.
