Spacious! Quiet Living! Great Management

I am a current resident at Crossfield Apartments and since the change in ownership it has be nothing but a delight! The clubhouse is furnished and looks beautiful; the fitness center is of a decent quality and actually has usable equipment. The property is quiet and the on-site manager is SUPER helpful. They're quick to respond to maintenance request and any 'issues' I have.
DEFINITELY rent here!

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! I just recently moved out of one of there apartments and it was the worst place that I could have ever lived. There is never anyone in the office so good luck even getting help. More importantly I had a water leak in my bath tub and it took them over two months to repair the leak which caused mold, not only did it take the that long to repair the damage I never got any kind of compensation for the problem. They also allowed people into my apartment without my permission ...
to fix the damage. Their reasoning for no notice was I sent the request for the repairs (2 months prior). Now I FINALLY got out of this place and they are trying to charge me more than what my deposit was including a 50$ move out fee. I highly recommend you look long and hard before ever thinking about there properties.

This complex has been great! The neighbors are friendly and the staff has always been very helpful! The complex is always clean and comfortable. If any maintenance was needed, they were able to resolve very quickly. It's been pleasure to live here!
