Terrible management! Stay away!

This place is the worst managed place I have ever lived. There are vomit stains in the stairwells that stay there for months at a time. On top of that they try to extort money from you by charging fees for illegitimate reasons. Tried for a year with the front office to remedy the fees and they keep saying they're doing something, then nothing happens. Finally they are threatening legal action now because of the fees that should not have been charged in the first place. If you call corporate they ...

Help When I Didn't Think I Would Get Any

I just transitioned out of the military. It's hard to get a place without a job. It's hard to get a job when you don't have an address where you will be living. I had everything I needed to move in and ready to go in a week but I found it difficult to find either. I used Apartments.com to locate an apartment. I eventually spoke to Billie, the property manager at 'Crossings at Stanbridge', after I inquired about their 1 bedroom models, and she was awesome! At a time of confusion and change, she ...
gave me an opening for better days. The location is perfect for going back to school and work, close to public transportation, and entertainment. I'm closer to my friends and family, once again, and onto new goals. I would recommend Apartments.com to anyone. I found a new apartment within a week. The building itself is imaculent, as well the atmosphere delightful. The apartments are very nice with available upgrades and spacious. All your basic needs and then some like the exercise/ community room . The staff are pleasant as well.
