I’ve lived at Cypress for over two years now. I don’t mind the environment but do NOT live here if you expect the management to treat you like human beings. Through their portal they create a very small window to pay rent and will not send any notifications or call you if you miss that 1 or 2 day window. But they are extremely fast to collect a high delinquent fee.
Auto payment could be an answer until they raise your rent during renewal and do not call you that the auto payment doesn’t update ...
with updated rent. But again, will happily inform you about the delinquent fee. I give them two stars. One for the layout and one for the food trucks.

We are sorry to hear you feel this way. The TAA lease agreement states rent is due on the first of the month and considered late on the 4th of the month. This lease agreement is widely used around the state of Texas. Auto pay is definitely an option, however, we aren't able to update that for our residents as the resident does need to update that when their rent amount changes.
