    So far my experience at Darby Terrace has been real good. From the application process, to the managers Ms. Kerry and Ms. Peggy, everything has been a smooth transition. My apartment came furnished and everything was new and clean which is a big deal. The neighborhood itself is real quiet and I have no issues whatsoever. The complex is also right by family dollar , barbershops, and grocery stores and surrounding food spots right close by so you don't have to travel far for anything. Making it ...

    Well maintained property with zero trouble. Move in and out was smooth for me with full refund!! Month to month lease and options to pay by credit card were killer offer for me. Management cares about tenants. I'll choose it again if I get back to Charlotte, NC again.

    Darby Terrace Apartments is where I first moved to in @ 1992 till just recent, this is an excellent place to move into. Peggy the Landlady, Becky, and Kerry are the best management team you'll ever find and hope to find. these apartments here at Darby Terrace on Central ave are very updated, clean and a child friendly area. you have everything you need, shopping center, restaurants, bus stop all at walking distance. and in a very low crime neighborhood. Darby Terrace was home for many years. If I ...

  • Wonderful Place to call home

    Having been here since 2002, from the moment I arrived the staff has made me feel as if I were part of a family, extended of course. They maintain the premises in a nicely landscaped yard and some small gardens which feature seasonal flowers. They also have excellent service regarding everything from changing out toilets to changing out light bulbs. They do it all. Come stay at Darby and become part of a family, extended of course!

  • Amazing Apartment

    Stayed in this apartment around 8 months, reasonable rent for furnished apartment. Close to downtown and bus stop in 1 minute walk, near to groceries shops, month to month lease(but we gave 10 days notice only, we moved bcos of job change). They returned the whole security deposit, didn't charge even single dollar. I would like to stay in the future.

    Darby Terrace sits in a quiet area of East Charlotte. The apartments are very clean, roomy and convenient to a lot of East side Shopping. Not to mention the rental rate being reasonable. You should stop by and view the property which has beautiful landscaping.

  • Must see the inside you won't believe how great it looks!

    Very well maintained apartment complex. However, a bit to pricey for a one bedroom even though it is furnished. The only thing that would keep me from moving in today is the price.
