October 11, 2022I wouldn't recommend anyone to move in here !! yes, they are under new management, but they still are horrible. Yes, rent is cheap because it is income-based apartments, but they have a roach & black mold issue .Review from Apartments.com

August 25, 2019I would t recommend NOONE to move out here. Yes they are under new management but their maintenance men are not professional at all. Except for some. They don’t have a answering service for u to call after hours. New management isn’t any better than the old management. There’s a lot of fighting shooting that goes on out here. They don’t care about none of their residents at all.
