    I have been at Deerfield Apts. 16 mo. and glad I made the decision to move here. Office staff is exceptional and maintenance is superb. The grounds and facilities are well kept and over all is super quiet. I could not be more pleased in my decision to live here.

  • Not great for the price

    Units are poorly insulated from each other, I could constantly hear noise from my annoying redneck neighbors - kids screaming, TV with subwoofer on constantly and cranked up to the point where the whole building could hear it. Neighbors also chain smoked indoors which made the shared entryway smell terrible and the smell would get into other apartments. The "privacy door" into the apartment entryway seems pointless as it's left propped open most of the time, and when it's closed, it doesn't ...
    latch and can easy be pulled open without a key. Also the display unit they show you is done up way nicer than any of the actual units you can rent.

    I have lived here a couple of years and love my apartment. It is spacious and comfortable. Love having my washer and dryer in my unit. The grounds are well maintained and neatly kept. Any issue is handled immediately. The manager and maintenance guy are friendly and helpful. Close to several highways, shopping, and medical facilities. Great place to live!

    I recently relocated to St. Louis, Mo and was so excited to find this wonderful complex. Deerfield is well kept, clean, quiet and a safe place to call home. The officer manager is very friendly and was a delight to work with when I was looking for an apartment. She is always walking the property checking on residents and making sure things are in order. The buildings are well maintained by an on-site gentleman, he's always visible in the complex and handles any issues quickly. The entrance is ...
    gated in the evenings so you don't have strangers driving through all hours of the night. The location offers everything from shopping to grocery stores, close to a hospital and also is near to all the interstate highways. My apartment was totally renovated before I moved in; new windows, appliances, carpeting and paint. I could not have found a better place to call home.
