This place looks to be a very nice place to live. I toured with the manager Melissa and she was nothing but kind. I assured her that i wasnt ready at the moment to be moving but it was in my future. She didnt act like that was a problem and it wasnt a waste of her time, that she would love to give me a tour. Everything was very nice and i look forward to maybe being there in the future. Shannon.

Lack of communication, unprofessional, management has talked bad about their maintenance staff in front of me, I've heard maintenance on the phone talking to others while in my apartment about serious issues and shortcuts they take while doing repairs around the complex, we had to be without AC for 2 months and didn't provide a portable AC for a month and a half because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my AC and the regional manager said they legally didn't have to provide us with ...
anything until the heat was 85 degrees outside, they have chosen not to renew our lease leaving us homeless.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Roaches, flooding, broken appliances, old and faulty drawers and cabinets. Maintenance is terrible. Before living here, I thought rent was a decent price given the square footage and number of bed/bathrooms, but now I feel like I should’ve charged the roaches staying with me. The model room they show you is the best out of what they have to offer, and that’s not saying much.

The apartment itself is nice and the maintenance staff are very helpful/respond quickly. However, I have had multiple communication issues with the women in the office which made living there less enjoyable. And know the leases start on the 1st of the month after you move in so you should be prepared to pay 7 months rent if you move in early in the month. Overall not a bad place for the price.

I moved in November 2012. I absolutely love living here. I also lived in a smaller apt several years ago. Shouldn't have ever moved out. The maintenance is unlike any I have ever experienced at any of the other 4 apartments I've lived at in Tulsa. I have reported one noise complaint, however security came out and resolved the issue and I've never heard noise from that apt again. Seems like the staff is really involved and care about resolving any concerns I have. And its pet friendly!!! My 75 lb. ...
lab is welcome and there are pet stations in all court yards. I will stay here until I purchase a home. Love it here, its especially cozy in the winter too with all the trees, ready to turn my fireplace on.
